"Looked nice, but I’m not sure it was worth it??"
I was actually excited to get this, but once it arrived I was kind of confused?? It looks nice at first glance, but the material feels cheaper than I expected for the price, and the finishing just isn’t great. It’s not awful or anything, but I don’t think I’d order it again

I ordered from Karen Walker everything went really smoothly. The site was simple to use, the shipping was ridiculously quick, and the item looked exactly like it did in the photos. I’m really happy with the whole experience

"Pretty much exactly as described"
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from karenwalker the product details were really accurate. The color, size, and shape all matched the photos and description, which was a relief because I was a little unsure about the fit at first. But it ended up being pretty much what they said it would be, so... yeah. No weird surprises when it arrived, and I definitely appreciate that. I’d order again

"Easy Return and Quick Refund"
I’d definitely shop here again. I had to return my order from karenwalker because the fit just wasn’t right on me, i was expecting the refund to take forever. It ended up being way quicker than I thought. I got an email update, and the money was back in my account not long after. The whole process was easy, and I didn’t have to chase anyone up, which I really appreciated.

"Nice Frames, But the Lenses Didn’t Hold Up"
I really liked how these glasses looked when I first got them, so I had high hopes. The frames are nice and they feel good on, but the lenses scratched way faster than I expected, especially for the price. I’m not rough with my glasses either, so it was disappointing to see marks after just a few weeks. I thought the quality would be better.

I ordered my usual size and it actually fit really well. I was a little worried it might run small, but it didn’t at all. The shape is nice and comfy, with no weird tight spots. i’m happy with how easy it was to pick the right size

My first impression wasn’t great. I reached out for repair support expecting some clear help, but it took ages to get anywhere and even then it didn’t feel very useful. The whole process was frustrating and left me feeling like I was just being passed around without much effort to actually fix the issue.

"Comfy sunglasses, but I’m a little less sure about the brand now"
I got my sunglasses from karenwalker.com and, comfort-wise, they’re great. They don’t pinch behind my ears at all, and I wore them pretty much all day without thinking about them. That said, the whole experience did leave me a bit less trusting than I expected, so while I like the sunglasses, I’m not sure I’d order again without thinking twice.

I ordered from karenwalker.com and, i was mostly just trusting my instinct and hoping it wouldn’t get delayed. It ended up arriving right when they said it would, and the tracking updated properly the whole time, so I never felt like I was left wondering. I ordered from karenwalker.com and had it shipped overseas, and it was straightforward. Shipping took about as long as they said it would, the tracking worked fine, and the package arrived safely with no issues. I’d be happy to order again. My sunglasses ended up having a small issue, which was annoying mostly because the timing was just bad. Luckily, they handled the warranty really fast and made the whole thing easy. No drama, just a quick fix.
